BRICK PAVERS MUST BE SEALED TO PREVENT FADING

Brick pavers must be sealed to prevent fading by National Sealing CO

Pavers that are not sealed annually will fade. Typically it only takes 5-7 years before they will show very noticeable signs of fading. Most people don’t realize this until it’s too late. In the past, the only thing available to restore faded pavers, would be to STAIN the pavers. Staining paver amounts to PAINTING pavers. This is a very un-natural look, and typically lifts with hot tires. The pavers are basically ruined at this point.

Brick pavers must be sealed to prevent fading by National Sealing CO

For this reason, we have developed a DYEING process to restore faded pavers. National Sealing is the largest paver sealing Co in the US and mobilizes across the US and abroad with our patented DYEING Process. Our process not only restores badly faded pavers to almost new looking, but also seals and protects from further fading & staining.

In this example, the account had added new pavers resulting in a very visible difference between the old and the new. We were able to re-dye the old to match the new.

Coating pavers versus sealing – our unique, clear, coating process is 3-5x more durable than common sealers. This can be used to protect limestone, sealing of granite, sealing of travertine, sealing of blue stone, sealing protection for stamped concrete. Our coating process can also be applied to the entire surface to seal ceramic tile & grout, seal porcelain tiles. Our coating process is designed to Preserve, Protect and Prolong your asset life cycle by extending the life expectancy of your property, plus contribute to the ease of maintenance of these surfaces, thereby reducing cleaning costs and preserving the surface material. This specialized process is not available anywhere in the US and must be applied by our trained technicians. No application is too small. For smaller, residential applications, we will package together multiple applications in a given area to make the program work for everyone.

Restoring Badly Faded Pavers by National Sealing Co

Restoring Fadded Pavers - 2015-04-30 10.34.02-1024National Sealing Co is the largest paver sealer in Florida, and perhaps the country, with over 2M million square feet of pavers protected. We recognized a need to develop a coloring process for properties that had not protected, or sealed pavers for what ever reason. Fading of pavers is a fatal conclusion to the lack of continued sealing of pavers. Currently, many of those properties now are faced with a dilemma of how to restore the pavers without having to replace them.

A residential account in New Jersey wanted to restore life to badly faded pavers throughout the property. The pavers were so light they resembled bare cement. As you can see from the photos, our solution of coloring or dyeing the pavers restored the pavers very close to the original. A much more economical solution than staring over.

Restoring Faded Pavers - 2015-04-30 11.32.24-1000Our recently developed process not only re-colors the pavers, but even in this case, where there was barely any color in the pavers, still allows the variations in color patterns to still show. This process of dyeing is not to be confused with painting the pavers which results in a very unnatural, slippery surface which creates an ongoing maintenance issue. Our process of dying the pavers actually penetrates the paver to resemble the original.

Our process restores life back to tired, faded pavers and is a very economical solution versus the alternative of starting over.

Paver Sealing Services in South Florida

NationalSealing-Paver-Sealing

We are the largest paver sealing company in the US with over 2 million square feet of sealed surfaces.

We specialize in the commercial market where conveying a well maintained image is important in areas with high traffic.

We have had great success with condominiums, hotels, airports, stadiums, office buildings, and municipalities, in preserving the investments the owners have made in those facilities.

Based out of Fort Lauderdale, we have trained applicators that mobilize to any location across the country and international.

Our paver COATING product utilizes technology originally developed by NASA. IT IS NOT a conventional paver SEALER that is poured out of a container and applied. As you may know, the drawbacks to paver sealers and impregnators are that they cure below the surface. Although the paver is sealed, the surface shows wear and stains in as little as 30 days.

Traditional ‘sealers’ have to be re-applied approximately every year due to breakdown from UV rays. Plus traditional sealers will still allow oils to stain the surface. With our paver coating product, it’s applied once and is permanently COATED!

Our paver coating product is produced by using three separate components combined, and through a catalytic process, creates a material that has a chemically impenetrable makeup!

The paver coating bonds to the substrate by both mechanical and chemical process. The chemical process involves sharing an electron with the substrate molecules, becoming one with the substrate material forming a chemically changed substrate.

This inorganic paver coating product will not support the growth of mold or mildew, making it perfect for porous materials in the South. The paver coating resists heat transmission, and resists chemicals with pH range of 2-11. The paver coating will not peel, crack or flake – it is chemically bonded to the surface.

The surface is easy to clean with just mild soap and water.
