Come see what the Sport of CrossFit is all about. There will be 42 Broward County CrossFit Teams competing for the title of Most Fit in Broward. Free admission and a ton of entertainment. Many vendors on hand handing out free samples.
- Broward County CrossFit Boxes Battle it out to claim “MOST FIT” in Broward County Florida
- 42 Teams of 2 men / 2 women will complete 2 Workouts. The top 6 Teams will battle it out for the Final Top Team Spot.
- There will also be 1 Individual Workout for both Men / Women Rx, Modified, and Masters
